Making long-term changes to your eating pattern isn’t easy and takes commitment. I will help you to make meaningful choices that are as unique to your lifestyle as each individual’s needs are. By building on your specific goals, I develop an approach to long term success, which incorporates strategies to deal with real life situations and not one based on limited diets.
Because I am closely cooperating with other health care professionals (i.e. your doctor, or other health specialists) to address other health conditions, as needed, which may arise as your work towards your goals.
Since I am certified to provide dietary guidance for healthy adults I can help you with general nutritional guidelines and tips to help you reach your fitness goals.
As a fitness professional I also understand that those needing detailed nutritional meal plans, counselling or have special needs such as diabetes, hypertension, pregnancy, cardiovascular disease or eating disorders, should be referred to a licensed, registered dietician, I can help you with the basics but I partner with and refer out to Registered Dietician, here in London when necessary.
Nutrition plans :
Weight Loss
Through a sensible and healthy eating plan, along with exercise and identification of individual weak points, a healthy and gradual weight loss (i.e. one to three pounds per week) is achieved. Eating patterns such as meal timing and food choices, portion control, and strategies when eating out
will be examined and modified as needed.
Weight Gain
A healthy weight gain (i.e. up to 1.5-2.5 kg per month) is achieved through a healthy eating design along with your exercise plan as determined by your individual goals and abilities. Eating patterns such as meal timing and food choices, portion control, and strategies when eating out will be examined and modified as needed.
